Who is responsible for your data
Sparkline Media (Sparkline) is responsible for processing your personal data. We operate from Los Cabos, Baja California Sur, Mexico.

What data we collect
When you fill out the free assessment form or message us, we may receive:
- Your name
- Your WhatsApp number
- The type of business you run
- The message you choose to write, if you write one
- The section and language of the site you used to send the form, plus the date and time
What data we don't collect
We don't ask for sensitive, banking or payment data. We also don't ask for ID documents to use the site.
What we use your data for
We use your data only to:
- Reply to your free assessment request
- Contact you on WhatsApp to follow up
- Prepare and send you a proposal, if you ask for one
Who we share it with
We don't sell or hand your data to third parties. To run the site we rely on providers that act on our behalf: the website hosting service, whose servers are in the United States, and WhatsApp, when you message us or continue the conversation there.
If we ever needed to use your data for a different purpose, we'd tell you and ask for your permission first.
Cookies and tracking
This site doesn't use advertising cookies or analytics tools. The only technical cookie is used in our team's admin area and isn't installed for people who just visit the site.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it or object to its use, and to withdraw your consent at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, write to hola@sparklinemediacabo.com with your name, how you would like to receive the reply and what you are asking for. We may ask for some detail to confirm it is you. We reply within 20 business days.
If you believe your rights were not respected, you can go to the competent authority for personal data protection.
How long we keep your data
We keep it for as long as we need to handle your request and, if we end up working together, for the length of our business relationship. We delete it when you ask us to, unless a legal obligation requires us to keep it.
How we protect it
The site runs on an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Requests are stored in a system with password-restricted access, and only the team members who follow up can see them.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we'll publish the new version on this page with its date.
